Cherry Grove Township is located west of Cadillac, Michigan in Wexford County. The Township Offices are located at 4830 E M-55 in the rear of the fire station.
Township Board meetings are the second Wed. of each month at 7:00 PM at the township offices at 4830 E M-55, Cadillac, MI 49601.

You may track your taxes and payment status by clicking on the box "Inquire Tax Status" located on the right of this page. When the new page opens, you can then search by name, property address, or property code beginning with 2110-. After tax payments are posted, the website shows the current status within 48 hours of posting. All payments made by February 29th, 2012 will be updated to the website.
The web site will not reflect changes in information for delinquent taxes after February 29th.
2012 Taxes Are Past Due
As of March 1, 2012, all un-paid tax bills were turned over to the Wexford County Treasurer's Office.

Dog Licenses
Dog licenses are available in the Treasurer’s office from December 1st through the end of February of each year. The cost is $3.00 for unsexed and $5.00 for sexed. You must bring with you an up-to-date “proof of rabies vaccination”. After March 1st, they are available at the County Treasurer's Office.

Polls are open from 7 am - 8 pm.
All elections are held at the Cherry GroveTownship Office located behind the fire garages. The address is 4830 E. M-55.

Notice for military and overseas civilian voters who are eligible to register and vote in Michigan:
Under new state and federal laws, military and overseas civilian voters may now recieve a ballot by email or fax to speed the voting process. (The voted ballot must be returned by mail for security purposes.)
Military and overseas civilian voters requesting ballots for the elections that will be held this year must do so through their local city or township clerk. Requests for absentee ballots submitted prior to 2010 are no longer valid and cannot be processed. Under the new law, requests for ballots are good for every election held in the same calendar year in which the request is received. When submitting your request, be sure to indicate whether you would like to receive your ballot by mail, e-mail or fax.
