Bid proposal

The township of Cherry Grove is soliciting bid proposals from qualified lawn care contractors to provide lawncare for the township properties.  Bids to be opened on April 10, 2024 at the township board meeting at 5:30 pm.

            Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 pm on April 10, 2024.  Late bids and oral bids will not be considered.  Cherry Grove Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  Specifications are available at Cherry Grove Fire Department @ 4830 E. M-55, Cadillac MI, 49601(231-775-6012).  

Election Information

February 27, 2024 is election day. 7am-8pm polls will be open. 

There are two ways to vote before election day. 

The first way is by absentee ballot that many of you currently do. These ballots are not tabulated until election day. 

The second way is called early voting and this is new.  The early voting will be held at 401 Lake Street in Cadillac from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily from February 17-25. This includes saturdays and sundays. During this time you can come in, vote and tabulate your ballot. This new early 9 day voting law is for state and federal elections only.
